The Buy-Sell Products as Outlined

Customers in China can now purchase prepaid vouchers for rentals taking place anywhere within the Avis worldwide network. Save time when you collect an Avis hire car overseas and take advantage of our preferential rates by prepaying for your overseas rental in China before you go.

To purchase a prepaid voucher for your overseas car rental simply call our national call centre at least 7 days in advance of your travel date. They will arrange the reservation and prepayment service and they will provide the appropriate prepaid voucher and reservation number to guarantee your vehicle.

Note:
Leasing formalities: Customer’s driver’s license, passport and credit card
Additional discount applies for prebooking;
Prepayment vouchers are limited to a maximum of US $3,000;
Advanced payment accepted in local currency only (Chinese RMB);
A prepaid voucher will exchanged for cash, an invoice/receipt will be issued following the rental;
Prepaid vouchers are available at the Avis reservations centre in the Changning Road headquarters office in Shanghai, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday;
Before departure for an international trip a change of itinerary can be accepted subject to notice, contact our reservations centre with details of requirements;
If the actual rental charges exceed the advanced prepayment amount the customer will be required to pay the additional amount by credit card or cash when renting the vehicle. If the actual rental charges are less than the advanced prepayment the customer will receive a refund when returning to Shanghai, contact the reservations centre upon return;
