1. You can apply for membership while making a reservation for a car. You’ll become one of our members after you complete the application form and pay the member fee. When you rent a car next time, you can begin to enjoy the privileges of membership.

2. If you wish to apply for membership directly (for standard membership only), you’ll have to provide the following materials:
2.1 Local resident:
2.1.1 Guaranteed by credit card:
ID card, Hukou sheet, driving license, bill(water,gas,electricity)in recent three months and credit card with over 1 year of validity，.
2.1.2 Guaranteed by local Chinese national:
ID card, Hukou sheet, driving license ,bill(water,gas,electricity)in recent three months,ID card and Hukou sheet of a guarantor
2.1.3 Guaranteed by local company:
ID card, Hukou sheet, Driving license, business license and organization code of the guarantee company, and guarantee letter with the company’s stamp
2.1.4 Note:
For applicant: The service blank should be filled on the Hukou sheet for those non-farmer Hukou holders. Retirees, whose waiting to be employed, the unemployed and students cannot apply for membership. Applicants should have over 1 year of driving experience;
For the guarantor: The service blank should be filled on the Hukou sheet for those non-farmer Hukou holders. Retirees, whose waiting to be employed, the unemployed and students cannot act as guarantors. The guarantors cannot have family relationship with the applicant;

For warranty company: must be a locally registered company with over RMB 2 million registered capital or equivalent value in other currencies.

2.2 Customers from overseas or Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan:
2.2.1 Guaranteed by international credit card
Applicant’s passport or China Entry Permit or other laissez-passer, driving license issued in Mainland China, Local Residence Permit or company’s note, international credit card of over 1 year of validity
2.2.2 Guaranteed by local company
Applicant’s passport or China Entry Permit or other laissez-passer, driving license issued in Mainland China, Local Residence Permit or company’s note, business license and organization code of the guarantee company, and guarantee with the company’s stamp
2.2.3 Note:
For applicant: non-traveler visa holders, locally employed with over 1 year of employment contract; For warranty company: must be a locally registered company with over RMB 2 million registered capital or equivalent value in other currencies.

3. Application procedure for a Group Card:

3.1 Conditions:
Locally registered company with over RMB 2 million registered capital or equivalent value in other currencies.

3.2 How to apply
Required to sign a “Car Rental Agreement for Company Customers” and supply related documents.

3.3 Regulations for card holders
3.3.1 No specific holders for Group Card, just a discount card for the company’s renting
3.3.2 The actions of the card users will be considered to be the actions of the company, legally guaranteed by the Group Card applying company
3.3.3 In principle, one company can hold only one Group Card
3.3.4 The period of Validity of Group Card will be determined in the “Car Rental Agreement for Company Customers”

3.4 Related certificates to be provided
Company business license copy and organization code, recommendation letter and/or authorization letter of the company, ID cards and driving license copy of the employees who wish to apply for the membership card
