Long-term self-drive rental

Long-term self-drive rental means such a kind of car-using mode under which a client’s continual car rental period will last for one (1) year and up during which the client will drive the rented car by him/herself. The long-term self-drive rental shall be charged according to the payment-in-advance principle, with the client to handle the payment settlement with AVIS on a monthly basis. AVIS sets a “Monthly Mileage Limitation” for all cars to be rented on long-term basis. In the event the accumulated mileage used exceeds the rated mileage during the long-term car rental period, the client shall be charged as per the AVIS’ Charging Rate for Exceeded Mileage and according to such mode of exceeded mileage settlement as specified in the Contract. All of the prices of with-driver leasing shall be determined as the specific negotiations by and between the AVIS sales personnel and the client.

Long-term with-driver rental

Long-term with-driver rental means such a kind of car-using mode under which a client’s continual car rental period will last for one (1) year and up during which AVIS shall dispatch a driver to drive the car for the client. The long-term with-driver rental shall be charged according to the payment-in-advance principle, with the client to handle the payment settlement with AVIS on a monthly basis. AVIS sets a “Monthly Mileage Limitation” for all cars to be rented on long-term basis. In the event the accumulated mileage used exceeds the rated mileage during the long-term car rental period, the client shall be charged as per the AVIS’ Charging Rate for Exceeded Mileage and according to such mode of exceeded mileage settlement as specified in the Contract. All of the prices of long-term with-driver rental shall be determined through specific negotiations by and between the AVIS sales personnel and the client. The long-term with-driver rental will be available on either a fuel-inclusive or -exclusive basis subject to the client’s demand, with the details of which to be determined through specific negotiations by and between the AVIS sales personnel and the client.

additional products of leasing

All of the value-added products available under the long-term rental services shall be tailor-made as per client’s needs during negotiations by and between the AVIS sales personnel and the client, including whether or not additional car insurances shall be offered, whether or not and how the relevant car insurances and maintenance as well as additional devices etc. shall be made available, with the expenses to be determined through mutual discussions according to the client’s actual needs.
