Daily with-driver rental

Daily with-driver rental means such a mode of car using as subject to a continual car rental period less than thirty (30) days, during which period AVIS shall provide the whole-course with-driver services and client shall not drive the car. The rent of the car subject to daily with-driver rental shall be calculated on a “daily” basis and 8 hours per day. Each car group/model has its corresponding “Daily Mileage Limitation”, with such Limitations for each single car rental period to be calculated on an accrued basis. If a client is found, upon end of his/her using the car, to have had his/her “Accrued Use of Mileage” exceed the set rate of the “Daily Mileage Limitation”, the client shall be charged as per the AVIS’ Charging Rate for Exceeded Mileage; in case of any delayed returning of the car everyday, the client shall be charged for the delayed time as accrued as per the AVIS’ Charging Rate for Exceeded Time. The rent of daily with-driver rental has covered the fuel charge, so the client needn’t pay for the gas filling as at his/her extra cost in the course of using the car.

Monthly with-driver rental

Monthly with-driver rental means such a mode of car using as subject to a continual car rental period equal to or longer than thirty (30) days, during which period AVIS shall provide the whole-course with-driver services and client shall not drive the car. The rent of the car subject to monthly with-driver rental shall be calculated on a “monthly” basis and if the car rental period shall end in no complete calendar months, the complete months shall be subject to the monthly rent as approved by AVIS, while the outstanding part shall be subject to the same computation as of daily with-driver rental. Each car group/model has its corresponding “Daily Mileage Limitation”, with such Limitations for each single car rental period to be calculated on an accrued basis. If a client is found, upon end of his/her using the car, to have had his/her “Accrued Use of Mileage” exceed the set rate of the “Daily Mileage Limitation”, the client shall be charged as per the AVIS’ Charging Rate for Exceeded Mileage, with the rated time of car using for such monthly with-driver rental to be 8 hours per day; in case of any delayed returning of the car everyday, the client shall be charged for the delayed time as accrued as per the AVIS’ Charging Rate for Exceeded Time. The rent of monthly with-driver rental has covered the fuel charge, so the client needn’t pay for the gas filling as at his/her extra cost in the course of using the car.

Hourly with-driver rental

Hourly with-driver rental means such short-term with-driver rental service, which will last for less than one (1) day. Usually airport pick-up & see-off services, point-to-point transfer services and cross-sity transfer services are categorized as in the scope of hourly with-driver rental. Same as the corresponding daily with-driver rental, the hourly with-driver rental shall be subject to such time and mileage limitations as applicable and the client shall pay AVIS proportionally for any exceeded time and/or mileage. The cost of hourly with-driver rental has covered the fuel charge, so the client needn’t pay for the gas filling as at his/her extra cost in the course of using the car.
