Confirm the Basic Information of Car Rental

First, select your car rental mode (self drive/with-driver/international car rental)
and fill out the necessary basic car rental information such as place and time of
rental and return. Then you will have to provide special offer-related information
such as AVIS membership grade, promotion code and corporate/ preferred merchant
contract information. When all these are offered, click “Start booking” and the
system will list all cars available with the most favorable leasing prices according
to your needs.

In addition to booking a car on the Home Page, you may as well book a car by clicking
the “Online Reservation” in the Menu Bar.

Select your car rental mode
|
|
|
|
Self-drive:AVIS provides short term individual or enterprise self-drive
car rental service which lasts from 1 to 360 days. You may arrange for your itinerary
flexibly at any time.
|

|
Chauffeured:We also provide Chauffeured rental service for commercial clients
or clients who have no driver’s licenses but have to use a car, which lasts at least
two hours. Our well-trained drivers will escort you throughout your trip.

|
International car rental: AVIS boasts more than 5000 service locations
in over 174 countries across the world to provide car rental services. Just call
the hotline 400 882 1119 and we will arrange for your trip.

Select car group/model
|
|
|
|
AVIS classifies cars into groups according to their models and AT/MT. Click “All
models” to view all models and bookings in the group. You may select your preferred
car group/model according to the booking condition and click “Book” to proceed with
your booking. AVIS provides more benefit guarantee for clients who book the car
group.

Car booking: Click “Booking” button to select a car.

Additional Product & Services

|
AVIS provides you with a variety of additional product & services for your choice,
which you can made during the booking or car pick-up. Once you make your decision,
we will provide the leasing service price immediately. Click “Next” when you are
done with your selection to finish this step.

Order confirmation
|
|
|
|
To make easy your online management of orders and personal details, you will need
to register an account on AVIS’ website. Please provide your personal details and
other required data, and ensure the accuracy to enable us to contact you whenever
necessary. If you have some AVIS coupons in your account, you may choose to use
them for parts of your rent. Before you confirm and submit the order, please make
sure that you have read and understood the “Instructions for AVIS Car Rental”. Click
“Submit the Order” to complete your booking when you have done the aforementioned
procedures.

Payment and confirmation
|
|
|
|
The system will sent back the information about successful booking and will remind
you whether or not pre-payment is required according to the pre-payment requirements.
Click “Close” to end the booking process.
